What is Flow365 Vet?
Flow365 Vet is a veterinary workflow service designed to keep owners, patients, incoming requests, appointments, documents, records, and next actions connected around the work the practice needs to complete.
Does Flow365 Vet replace our PIMS?
No. Flow365 Vet is designed to work around the practice's existing clinical system. Your PIMS or other clinical platform remains the authoritative clinical system of record.
What kinds of requests can Flow365 Vet handle?
Flow365 Vet can organize front-desk work such as owner questions, appointment-related requests, records requests, refill requests, travel-document work, and other veterinary open loops that need follow-through.
Can we use Flow365 Vet without a connected Vet Wallet?
Yes. Flow365 Vet can organize veterinary practice workflow independently. A Flow365 Pet Vet Wallet connection adds an additional owner-side relationship when one is available.

What can Flow365 AI do with a veterinary document?
Flow365 AI can help prepare structured record details and useful patient-profile information from supported veterinary documents and photos. The prepared information is shown for human review.
Does AI save extracted information automatically?
No. AI-generated record information and proposed patient-profile updates are review-first. Staff can inspect and correct the prepared information before saving or applying changes.
Can staff photograph a paper veterinary record?
Yes. On supported devices and browsers, staff can use the camera workflow to capture a paper veterinary document and use that image as the source for AI-assisted preparation.
Can Flow365 detect patient identity information?
The current document workflow can surface information such as pet name and microchip details and compare document identity with the selected patient during review.
Will Flow365 overwrite an existing patient profile?
Existing patient-profile values are not silently overwritten. Useful details found in a source can be presented as proposed updates for deliberate human review.
How accurate is Flow365 AI?
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review all AI-generated content against the source before submitting, saving, or acting on it.

What is the difference between Flow365 Vet and Flow365 Pet?
Flow365 Vet is the veterinary practice-side workflow. Flow365 Pet is the owner-facing product that includes the portable Vet Wallet centered on the pet.
Can a patient be connected to the owner's Vet Wallet?
Yes. A veterinary patient can be connected to the owner's Flow365 Pet Vet Wallet so appropriate owner-side information can participate in the veterinary relationship.
Can the practice see owner-added Vet Wallet records?
The current connected workflow can surface applicable owner-side records to the veterinary practice, with those records visibly distinguished from practice-owned clinical records.
Can the practice edit an owner's Vet Wallet record?
Owner-side records shown through the connected veterinary relationship are treated separately from the practice's own clinical records and are presented as read-only practice-side information.
Clinical responsibility
Flow365 supports workflow, not veterinary judgment.
Does Flow365 make veterinary diagnoses?
No. Veterinary diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified veterinary professionals.
Can Flow365 AI approve a prescription refill?
No. Flow365 AI does not authorize medication or make prescribing decisions. The practice remains responsible for its normal veterinary review and authorization process.
Is Flow365 Vet the authoritative medical record?
Flow365 Vet can organize veterinary workflow and records context, but the practice remains responsible for maintaining its authoritative clinical record in accordance with its professional and legal obligations.
